Prof. Howard B. Seim III, DVM, DACVS, is Professor Emeritus of Small Animal Surgery at Colorado State University, USA, one of the world's leading veterinary institutions. Prof. Seim earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Washington State University, followed by a rotating internship in Saskatoon, Canada, and a surgical residency at the renowned Animal Medical Center in New York City.
