Registration Cancellation Policy

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]). 
Telephone cancellation will not  accepted.
Refund requests will be accepted until January 30, 2027. After this date, all registration fees will be automatically transferred to MEAVC 2028
In case the MEAVC cannot proceed in 2027 due to force majeure (Covid-19, Governmental Regulations, etc.) registrations will automatically be transferred to 2028.
In case of visa rejection for travel to Dubai, registration fees will not be refunded if the refund request is submitted after the refund deadline of 30 January 2027.

In special cases that refund is applicable (to online payments using debit/credit card), Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
