Dr. Rachel Davis, BVetMed, MSc, PhD, PFHEA, Senior Coach Practitioner (EMCC) is Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Education at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), University of London, one of the world's leading veterinary schools. An internationally recognized educator, researcher, and executive coach, she is dedicated to advancing professional learning, leadership development, and workplace wellbeing within the veterinary profession.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning veterinary medicine, higher education, and professional development, Dr. Davis has developed extensive expertise in veterinary education, leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational development. She is an EMCC-accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and works with veterinary professionals, leaders, and teams to enhance performance, build resilience, and successfully navigate the challenges of an increasingly complex profession.

At the Royal Veterinary College, Dr. Davis teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students while leading educational initiatives that promote reflective practice, lifelong learning, and professional capability. Her research focuses on veterinary education, professional identity, leadership development, coaching, communication, workplace culture, and the development of sustainable, high-performing veterinary teams.
